Bjorklund, the section of public alley within the corporate limits of the City of Saint Paul, in the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, hereinafter described, be and the same as vacated and discontinued as a public alley, viz: That part of the alley in Block 15, Stinson's Addition to the City of Saint Paul, lying north • of a line 15 feet north of and parallel to the southerly line of Lot 7 in said Block 15 extended across said alley, subject expressly to the following conditions and reservations: 1. All the conditions, reservations and previsions con- tained in Ordinance No. 3394., as amended, entitled "An ordinance regulating the procedure and prescribing the conditions for the vacation of public grounds,::ostreets,jalleys and highways in the City of Saint Paul", approved March 6, 1915. 2. OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK COUNCIL RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONER DATF line of said lot a distance of 15 feet, thence southeast to a point on the east line of said lot, 15 feet south of place of beginning, thence north to beginning, all in Block 15, Stinsonts Addition to the City of Saint Paul, according to the recorded plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota. 3. That petitioners shall, by their written covenants to be filed in the office of the City Clerk, bind themselves unto the City of Saint Paul to make or cause to be made, at the petitioners own separate_ cost and expense, the::following improvements: The partial grading and the graveling and oiling of the portions of said Lots 7 and 10 described in the next preceding paragraph hereof and thereby provided to be dedicated for public alley purposes, and the construction of an approach of the portion of the public alley in said Block 15 excepted from the vacation proceedings hereof, all in accordance with plans and specifications therefor approved by the Commissioner of Public Works, and to be done under his supervision, and completed not later than September 1, 1957. 4. The bond provided for in said ordinance, to be filed by said petitioners, is hereby fixed at the sum of $1,000. 5.
