In the Matter of constructing a public sewer from Pedersen St. to a point that is ap-
proximately 453 ft. west of the east City Limits in a 30 ft. wide easement (to be deeded)
across Tract "B" Registered Land Survey No. 91, the center line of said easement (to be
deeded) being described as follows: Commencing at the point of intersection of a line
1275.0 ft. south of and parallel to the north line of the SE 1/4 of Section 35, Township
29 North, Range 22 West, with a line 33 ft. west of and parallel to the east line of said
el 1/4; thence west and parallel to said north line a distance of 309.6 ft.; thence de-
flect to the right 14°00', a distance of 549.5 ft. • thence deflect to the left 12°00' a
distance of 300 ft.; thence deflect to the right 94'00' a distance of 773.5+ft•, said •
point being the intersection of this last described line with the east property line of
Pedersen St. and there terminating,
under Preliminary Order 181517 _ approved February 151 1957
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is construct a public sewer
from Pedersen St. to a (t int that is approximately 453 ft• west of the east City Limits in
a 30 ft. Wide easement (to be deeded) across Tract "B" Registered Land Survey No. 91, the
center line of said easement (to be deeded) being described as follows: Commencing at
the point of intersection of a line 1275.0 ft. south of and parallel to the north line of
the SE 1/4 of Section 35, Township 29 North, Range 22 West, with a line 33 ft. vest of and
parallel to the east line of said SE 1/4; thence west and parallel to said north line a
distance of 309.6 ft.; thence deflect to the right 14°00', a distance of 549.5 ft.; thence
deflect to the left 12°00' a distance of 300 ft.; thence deflect to the right 9°00' a
distance of 773.5+ft., said point being the intersection of this last described line with
the east property line of Pedersen St. and there terminating,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ i4,607.00
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 16th day of
April , 19_51, at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improve ent and the total cost thereof as estimated.
