The Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed the following appeals and made her recommendations
prior to the hearing. The property owners were notified and did not appear:
l. Appeal of Leroy McCrowan to a Certificate of Occupancy Deficiency List for property at
1090 Thomas Avenue.
Grant a 5-inch variance on the openable height of the egress bedroom windows throughout the
building.
Appeal of 7oshua Watkins to a Certificate of Occupancy Deficiency List for property at

Grant a 4-inch variance on the openable height of the egress window in the lower west bedroom and
grant a 2.25-inch variance on the openable height of tbe egress window in the upper unit, middle
