RESOLVED, that the Minnesota State Medical Association
be given the free use of the Theatre section and Stem Hall of
the Municipal Auditorium for meetings May 13th, 14th, and 15th
1957, the cost of opening and operating said sections on said
dates to be set up in Auditorium Fund 1021; and that said
Ass,$ociation be given the use of the Arena Section May 13th,
14th and 15th, 1957, for exhibits, upon payment of the cost of
opening and operating said section on said dates.
