RESOLVED, that the use of the Auditorium Arena and
the Exhibition Hell of the Municipal Auditorium be granted to
the Indianhead Council of the Boy Scouts of America for their
Scout-O-Rama Show May 10th and 11th, 1957, for 25% of the gross
receipts, excluding tax, up to the amount of $1,500.00, any
additional cost of opening and operating to be set up in
Auditorium Fund No. 1021.
