WHEREAS: Application E-509 for Gas Station 3-pumps and General Auto Repair Garage
licenses applied for by Roger A. Goss and Carl Butz at 1400 St. Clair Avenue
was passed by the City Council on February 7, 1957, under Council File
No. 181423 and licenses issued at this location are subject to certain
restrictions, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That License No. 1881 issued to Roger A. Goss and Carl Butz be and the same
is hereby amended by adding the restrictions that no garage or body work
will be done after 9 o'clock p.m. nor on Sundays and that all other
activities will be stopped at 9 o'clock p.m.
