Gentlemen:
This is to advise you that the undersigned, Samuel
D. Finkelstein, as Executor of the Estate of Rene A. Boursier, and
as such the owner and holder of all of the issued and outstanding stock
of Rene, Inc. (also known as Rene's Inc. ), a Minnesota corporation,
which holds that certain on-sale liquor license and other licenses at
435-437 St. Peter Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota, and that the under-
signed, Allen Stone, presently of Saint Paul, Minnesota, have entered
into a purchase agreement whereby the undersigned, Samuel D.
Finkelstein, as Executor of the Estate of Rene A. Boursier, has
agreed, subject to the approval of the City Council of the City of
Saint Paul, to sell, transfer and assign unto the undersigned, Allen
Stone, all of said issued and outstanding shares of stock of Rene, Inc.
(also known as Rene's Inc. )
The undersigned therefore hereby apply to your
Honorable Body for formal approval of the transfer of said shares of
stock, as above set forth, and for formal approval by your Honorable
Body of the following new officers of the corporation, who, together
with some nominated third party, as yet not designated, will be a
member of the Board of Directors:
Allen Stone - President and Treasurer
Mae Stone (his wife) - Secretary

requested.
