"An ordinance regulating and controlling traffic, riding,
driving and travel in the streets of the City of St. Paxl and
providing punishment for the violation thereof, and repealing
all ordinances and parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith.
This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the pros..

peace, health and safety.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul Dees Ordain:
Section 1.
That Ordinance No. 7881, approved December 30, 1937, as
amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by deleting
from Section 85, Subsection (a) (5), the following:
wriest side of Kellogg Boulevard from Smith Avenue to Seventh
Street".
and by deleting from Section 85, Subsection (a) (1), thereof
the following:
"Between the hours of 7:00 A,J4. and 10:00 A.N. and 4:00 P.M.
and 6:00 P.N. no person shall park a motor vehicle on the east
side of Cedar Street from the south line of Exchange Street
to Tenth Street".
Section 2.
This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency
ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the pub..
