This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety. The Council of the City of Saint Paul Dees Ordain: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 7881, approved December 30, 1937, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by deleting from Section 85, Subsection (a) (5), the following: wriest side of Kellogg Boulevard from Smith Avenue to Seventh Street". and by deleting from Section 85, Subsection (a) (1), thereof the following: "Between the hours of 7:00 A,J4. and 10:00 A.N. and 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.N. no person shall park a motor vehicle on the east side of Cedar Street from the south line of Exchange Street to Tenth Street".
