WHEREAS, Additions and Deductions which might prove .to be necessary in the
making of the Improvement described as New Ornamental Lights on Snelling
Avenue from Hague Avenue to Marshall Avenue and on Selby Avenue from
Saratoga Street to Fry Street, Comptroller's Contract L-5804, KEHNZ EECTRIC
Company, Contractors, have been provided for in the Specifications at unit
prices stipulated therein, and
WNEREAS, It has been found necessary to make the following Additions and
Deductions, as per the attached Statement, and
WHEREAS, The Total Net DEDUCTION is $579.36, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council approves the
foregoing DEDUCTION made in accordance with the Specifications in the sum
of $ 579.56, said sum to be deducted from the lump sum consideration named
in the Contract, known as Comptroller's Contract L–.5804, for the making of
the above Improvement.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the above named
Contractor that the amount of $ 579.36 is the correct sum to be deducted
from the above Contract.
