in two doors, this work having been requested by the Commissioner
of Libraries, Auditorium and Museums, and agreement made
with the Contractor, and a memorandum of said agreement
having been filed with the Comptroller and countersigned
by him.

Dear Sir:
Contract Number G-328 was awarded to the Steenberg Con-
struction Company for General Construction of the Municipal
Stadium.
During the course of the work under the contract, it has
been found necessary to install mail slots in Doors No. 30 and
No. 53, and at the request of Commissioner Mortinson, negotiations
have been conducted with the Contradir who agrees to do this work
for the additional sum of $32.00 which is a reasonable amount
for the labor and material involved.
It is therefore requested that a resolution be submitted
to the Council which will authorize an addition to contract
number G-328 in the amount of $32.00 to cover the above.
