RESOLVED, that, In the Matter of the Trusteeship for Holders of
City of White Bear Lake, Minnesota, Sewer District No. 1 Warrants (State of
Minnesota ex rel. City of St. Paul, Relator, vs City of White Bear Lake,
et al, Respondents, Ramsey Co. Dist. Ct. File No. 209713)(City of Saint Paul,
beneficiary of the subject trust as represented by its deposit therein of
its X74,500.00 original face amount of such Warrants with the Trustee,
First Trust Company of Saint Paul, evidenced :'b► the receipts therefor of
said Trustee now in the custody of the Comoner of Finance, shall
surrender unto said Trustee said receipts aid accept said Cityts final
distributive share of said Trusteeship Estate in the aggregate sum of
$10,057.50 computed at the rate of 467050 for each $500.00 original face
amount of such Warrants and in full and final settlement for and on account
of such Warrants pursuant to the Order of said Ramsey County, Minnesota,
District Court dated and entered in said Matter October 8, 1956; and that
the proper City officers hereby are authorized and directed to accept
said sum of $10,057.50 on such account from said Trustee and to thereupon
surrender unto the latter said receipts evidencing t deposit of said
