RESOLVED, That an extra in the amount of $72.50 be allowed
under contract number G-328 between the City of Saint Paul
and the Steenberg Construction Company, said contract for
General Construction of the Municipal Stadium, and said
extra to cover changing the size of two doors to a larger
size, this having been requested by the Commissioner of
Libraries, Auditorium and Museums, and agreement made with
the Contractor, and a memorandum of said agreement having
been filed with the Comptroller and countersigned by him.

Dear Sir:
Contract Number G-328 was awarded to the Steenberg
Construction Company for General Construction of the Municipal
Stadium.
At the request of Commissioner Mortinson, negotiations
have been conducted with the Contractor for changing the size
of the two hollow metal frames and doors in the Umpirets Portal
to a larger size than originally specified, and the Contractor
has agreed to make this change for the additional sum of $72.50
which is a reasonable amount for the labor and material involved.
It is therefore requested that a Resolution be sub-
mitted to the Council authorizing this extra in the amount of
$72.50 to contract number G-328 to cover the above described
change.
