Gentlemen:
I have examined the attached petition requesting a re-hearing in
the matter of grading and surfacing alley in Block 2, Banken1a
Addition and Block 2, Holzts Rearrangement, and find that the
owners of 60% of the property subject to assessment signed the
petition to revoke any order permitting the improvement.
