RESOLVED, that DeLoop Parking Garage, Inc. be permitted
to install and operate a public parking lot on Lot 10 and
the east 20 feet of Lot 7, Block 7, Whitney & Smith' s
Addition, on the east side of Sibley Street between Sixth and
Seventh Streets, in accordance with applicantts plans
approved December 28, 1956, and subject to compliance with
the provisions of all ordinances governing the operation}
of parking lots, and subject further to the condition that
sidewalks abutting said premises be kept clean and free of
ice and snow at all times.

Dear Sir:
This is in the matter of the application of the DeLoop
Parking Garage, Inc. for permit to install and operate a
public parking lot on 10t 10 and the E. 20' of lot 7 -
block 7 - Whitney and Smith's Addition. This property
is located adjacent to the east side of Sibley between
Sixth and Seventh streets. The zoning is "light industry."
The property under consideration has a frontage of 50' on
Sibley and extends to a depth of 150' . It is presently
vacant and the applicants propose to develop the property
for parking with a capacity of approximately 20 cars.
Field investigation discloses no objection to this pro-
posal from the standpoint of adjacent land use or traffic.
The Zoning Board recommends the permit be granted in
accordance with the applicant's plans approved December
28, 1956.
