This property is located adjacent to the east side of Sibley between Sixth and Seventh streets. The zoning is "light industry." The property under consideration has a frontage of 50' on Sibley and extends to a depth of 150' . It is presently vacant and the applicants propose to develop the property for parking with a capacity of approximately 20 cars. Field investigation discloses no objection to this pro- posal from the standpoint of adjacent land use or traffic.
