WHEREAS, under Final Order Council File No. 180418, approved November 20,
1956, the City Council ordered certain lands to be taken for the purpose
of partailly opening, widening and extending the Mississippi River
Boulevard Approach to the proposed new Fort Snelling Bridge, and
• WHEREAS, Council File N . 181420 was approved February?, 1957, such Resolution
authorising the wrecking of buildings located at 1851 Mississippi River
Boulevard, at a cost to the City of $437.00, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the sum of $437.00 be charged to Permanent Improvement Revolving
Fund, L-5840-1 and that :this Fund be reimbursed from the Cityls Share
of Local Improvements, Fund Code 31E1 (1957)
