RESOLVED, that Henry Lynch be paid the sum of
$1,950.00 out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of
the General Fund in full settlement of his claim against
the City of Saint Paul for compensation resulting from
his injury of :larch 19, 1956, while in the employe of
the Department of Public Works , whereby he suffered
a temporary total disability until January 29, 1957,
and 25 per cent permanent partial disability to his
leg, said amount of $1,950.00 to be paid at the rate
of $40.00 per week at four-week intervals commencing
January 30, 1957.
