Purchasing Committee in awarding contract for furnishing and delivering

operated, flange end butterfly valves to the Water Department, Purification
Plant, St. Paul, Minnesota, to HENRY PRATT COMPANY for the contract price
of $83146.00, all in accordance with Water Department specifications and the
Formal Bid #6185 of said Henry Pratt Company, such bid being the lowest and
said bidder being a reasonable and reliable one and the Corporation Counsel be
and hereby is directed to draw up the proper fora of contract therefor and the
proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf
