RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee therefor,
and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, aaterialssamdd services necessary
for and reasonably incidental to the planting of trees and shrubs and grading, surfacing
and seeding boulevards for a pground area located at Rondo Avenue and Oxford Street,
St. Paul, Minnesota to BUD'S LANDSCAPE SERVICE & SUPPLY COMPANY, in accordance with City
plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #6171 of said Bud's
Lsadscape Service & Supply Company for the contract price of $2,765.40, such bid being
the lowest and said Bud's Landscape Service & Supply Company being a reasonable and reliable
bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form
of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorised to execute said
contract on behalf of the City of St. Paul.
