RESOLVED, That the following described route be approved for operation of the
St. Clair-North Payne bus line:
Route A Commencing at the intersection of St. Clair Avenue and Cleveland
Avenue, on St. Clair Avenue to West Seventh Street, on West Seventh Street
and East Seventh Street to Lafayette Road, on Lafayette Road to Collins
Street, on Collins Street to Burr Street, on Burr Street to York Avenue,
on York Avenue to Arkwright Street, on Arkwright Street to Maryland Avenue,
on Maryland Avenue to Payne Avenue, on Payne Avenue to Larpenteur Avenue.
Return trip via same route.
Route B Same route as above except from the intersection of Payne Avenue
and Parkway Drive northeasterly on Parkway Drive to city limits (with the
hereby authorized use of public streets for turnaround purposes: Cleveland
Avenue from St. Clair Avenue to Sargent Avenue, Sargent Avenue to Prior
Avenue, Prior Avenue to St. Clair Avenue). Be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Council hereby requests the Railroad and Warehouse
Commission of the State of Minnesota to approve the bus route for operation as
above described.
