RESOLVED, That the following described route be approved for operation of the
Rondo-E.6th-Stillwater bus line:
Route A Commencing at the intersection of Doane Avenue and Eustis Street,
on Doane Avenue to Pelham Boulevard, Pelham Boulevard to Beverly Road,
Beverly Road to St. Anthony Avenue, St. Anthony Avenue to Prior Avenue,
Prior Avenue to Feronia Avenue, Feronia Avenue to Dewey Street, Dewey
Street to St. Anthony Avenue, St. Anthony Avenue to Rondo Avenue, Rondo
Avenue to Western Avenue, Western Avenue to Selby Avenue, Selby Avenue
to Summit Avenue, Summit Avenue to West Kellogg Boulevard, West Kellogg
Boulevard to West Fifth Street, West Fifth Street to West Seventh Street,
West and East Seventh Streets to Hope Street, Hope Street to East Sixth
Street, East Sixth Street to Atlantic Street, Atlantic Street to Minnehaha
Avenue, Minnehaha Avenue to East Avenue. Return trip to operate with route
described above on Seventh Street to West Sixth Street, on Sixth Street to
Summit Avenue, thence westerly on Summit Avenue as previously described.
Route B This route shall be the same as that described in Route A above
with the exception that in lieu of the route on Minnehaha Avenue between
East Avenue and Ruth Street, the following described route shall be used:
From the intersection of Minnehaha Avenue and Ruth Street, on Ruth
Street to Algonquin Avenue, Algonquin Avenue to Nokomis Avenue,
Nokomis Avenue to Rose Avenue; the return trip over the same route
to the intersection of Minnehaha Avenue and Ruth Street, continuing
over the balance of Route A. Be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Council hereby requests the Railroad and Warehouse
Commission of the State of Minnesota to approve the bus route for operation as
above described.
