RESOLVED, That an extra in the amount of $258.37 be allowed
under contract number G-328 between the City of Saint Paul
and the Steenberg Construction Company, said contract for
General Construction of the Municipal Stadium, and said extra
to cover the furnishing and installation of one hollow metal
frame and door in the Umpire' s Toilet Room, this work having
been requested by the Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium
and Museums, and agreement made with the Contractor, and a
memorandum of said agreement having been filed with the
Comptroller and countersigned by him.

Dear Sir:
Contract Number G-328 was awarded to the Steenberg
Construction Company for General Construction of the Municipal
Stadium.
During the course of the work under the contract and at
the request of Commissioner Mortinson, negotiations have been
conducted with the contractor for furnishing and installing
one hollow metal frame and door in opening 56, which is in
the Umpire' s Toilet Room 43, the door to be 0-6" x 71-0"
and to have lock and key and painted, and the contractor has
agreed to do the above described work for the additional amount
of $258.37 which is a reasonable amount for the labor and
material involved.
It is therefore requested that a Resolution be submitted
to the Council which will authorize an addition in the amount
of $258.37 to contract number G-328 to cover this above work.
