The undersigned hereby proposes the making of the following public improvement,by tha City of,Cain}.PAnI vi7. •
Open and extend Hoyt Ave. from Hazelwood St. to Birmingham St. by taking and
condemning the south 67 ft, of the east 145 ft., and the south 60 ft. except the
east 1115 ft. cf Lot 42, The Pioneer Real Estate and Building Society Subdivision
of the North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4, Section 22, Township 29, Range 22. Also a
strip of land 60 ft. in width by taking and condemning that part of IdeTs Outlots
lying northerly of the following described line: Beginning at the intersection of the
west line of Lot 42, The Pioneer Real Estate and Building Society Subdivision of the
North 1/2 of the Northwest i/4, Section 22, Township 29, Range 22, and the north line
of Ideas Outlots; thence to a point which is 30 ft. south of the north line of Ide's
Outlots and 631.35 ft, west of the center line of Hazelwood Sty, and taking and
condemning that part of Lot 41, The Pioneer Real Estate and Building Society
Subdivision of the North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4, Section 22, Township 29, Range 22,
lying south of a line which is 60 ft. northerly and parallel to the above described
southerly line.
Also taking and condemning the north 30 ft. of Lot 2, Ide's Outlots, lying westerly
of a line which is 631.35 ft. west of the center line of Hazelwood St, and the north
30 ft. of Lot 3, Idels Outlots; also the south 30 ft. of Lots 39,40 and 41, The
Pioneer Real Estate and Building Society Subdivision of the North 1/2 of the Northwest
1/4, Section 22, Township 29, Range 22, lying westerly of a line which is 631.35 ft.
west of and parallel to the center line of Hazelwood St.
Open and extend Dieter St. to a width of 60 ft. from the north line of Nebraska Ave.
