Also a strip of land 60 ft. in width by taking and condemning that part of IdeTs Outlots lying northerly of the following described line: Beginning at the intersection of the west line of Lot 42, The Pioneer Real Estate and Building Society Subdivision of the North 1/2 of the Northwest i/4, Section 22, Township 29, Range 22, and the north line of Ideas Outlots; thence to a point which is 30 ft. south of the north line of Ide's Outlots and 631.35 ft, west of the center line of Hazelwood Sty, and taking and condemning that part of Lot 41, The Pioneer Real Estate and Building Society Subdivision of the North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4, Section 22, Township 29, Range 22, lying south of a line which is 60 ft. northerly and parallel to the above described southerly line.
