Whereas, A written proposal for the
making of the following improvement.

PRELIMINARY ORDER.
The undersigned hereby proposesthemakingof thefollowingpublicimprovement by the City of Saint Paul,viz.:
Open., widen and extend Priscilla Street to a width of 33.95 ft. from Gibbs A'V .to
the easterly line of Priscilla St. by taking and condemning a strip of land
13.95 ft. in width lying south of a line which is 13.95 ft. north of and parallel
to the south line of Lot 15, Block 27, St.Anthony Park, from Gibbs Ave. to Priscilla St.

the easterly line of Priscilla St. by taking and condemning a strip off land
1).95 ft. in width lying south of a line which is 13.95 fti north of and parallel
to the south line of Lot 15, Block 27, St.Anthony Park, from Gibbs Ave. to Priscilla St.
having been presented to the Council of the City of Saint Paul
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby ordered and directed:
1. To investigate the necessity for, or desirability of, the making of said improvement.
2. To investigate the nature, extent and estimated cost of said improvement, and the total cost thereof.
3. To furnish a plan, profile or sketch of said improvement.
4. To state whether or not said improvement is asked for on the petition of three or more owners.
5. To report upon all of the foregoing matters to the Commissioner of Finance.
