In the Matter of improving Goodrich Avenue between Mississippi River Boulevard and Cretin
Avenue by grading and paving with brick. The improvement will also include concrete curb and gutter,
concrete driveway aprons and outwalks, boulevazds landscaped with sod and trees, and a new lantem style
street lighting system. In addition, appiopriate sanitary sewer repairs will be made, lead water services in
the right of way will be replaced, and storm sewer and sanitary sewer reconnections will be made at the
request of property owners. This street is being done as part of the CRETIN-GOODRICH RSVP
(Residential Street Vitality Project).
Preliminary Order: 09-404 approved 04/22/09
Final Order: 09-491 approved OS/06/09
The assessments of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with the above improvement
having been submitted to the Council having considered same and found the said assessment satisfactory; now,
therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 21 day of
October. 2009 at the hour of Five-Thi ,rt ��P.M., in the Council Chambers of the Court House and City Hall
Building, in the City of Saint Paul; that the Valuation and Assessment Engineer give notice of said meetings,
as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement,
and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
