YVHETEAS, Additions and\\ It uctions which might prove to be necessary in the
Improvement described as the Curbing of the North Side of LITCHFIELJD STREET
from Rice Street to Park Street, Comptroller' s Contract L-5687, Standard Stone
Company, Contractors, have beem provided for in the specifications at unit
prices stipulated therein, and
WHEREAS, It has been found necessary to make the following ADDITIONS and
DEDUCTIONS, as per the attached Statement, and
WHEREAS, The total net Addition is $ 57.22, floc; therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul, through its City Council approves the
foregoing Addition made in accordance with the Specifications in the sum of
$ 57.22, said sum to be added to the lump sum consideration named in the
Contract, known as Comptroller' s Contract L-5687, for the making of the above
Improvement.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the above named
Contractor that the sum of 57.22 is the correct amount to be added to the
above Contract.

tract L-5687, for the making of the Commissioner of Public Works
above improvement.
The Commissioner of Public Works
has agreed with the above named con-
tractor that the sum of $57.22 is the
correct amount to be added to the
above contract.
