to operate one (1) automobile as Taxicab No. 39, upon the streets of the City of
Saint Paul described as a 1956 Dodge Sedan, Serial No. 32244131, insured by the
Public National Insurance Company, Policy No. PAL 99395, expiring 12:01 A.M. ST
January 2, 1958, and
WHEREAS : Said applicant has filed a copy of the insurance policy with the City of Saint Paul
and said policy has been approved as to form and execution by the Corporation
Counsel, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That license to operate said automobile as a taxicab upon the streets of the City
of Saint Paul be and the same is hereby granted to Mendel and Jennie Gordon dba
Radio Cab Co.
