RESOLVED, that Wolff Construction Company be permitted
to construct an 8' wire mesh fence with a double row of
barb wire located on the inside of the posts, around
its property located south of Whitehall between Arkwright
and Clark, said fence to be constructed under the direction
and to the satisfaction of the Commissioner of Parks,
Playgrounds and Public Buildings.

Gentlemen:
You referred to this office for investigation the
request of the Wolff Construction Company for permission
to erect an 8' wire mesh fence with a double row of
barbwire located on the inside of the posts around their
property located south of Whitehall between Arkwright
and Clark.
This office has made an investigation into the matter
and sees no objection to granting the request of the Wolff
Construction Company for the erection of this fence.
