WHEREAS, Additio and Deductions which might prove to be necessary
in the Improvement described as the Installation of Traffic Con-
trol Signals, Street Lighting Equipment and Concrete Traffic
Signal Islands at Seven Corners, Comptroller's Contract L-5795,
Collins-Hegberg Electric Company, Contractor, have been provided
for in the Specifications , and
WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following
Additions and Deductions:
ADDITIONS: 14 Relays and 14 safety switches
for pedestrian signals $270.00

DEDUCTIONS: 4 Pedestrian signals $40.00

NET DEDUCTION $190.40, and
WHEREAS, the total net deduction is $ 190.4 0, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul, through its City Council
approves the foregoing Deduction, made in accordance with the
Specifications in the sum of $ 190.40, said amount to be
deducted from the lump sum consideration named in the Contract,
known as Comptroller's Contract L-5795, for the making of the
above Improvement.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the
above named Contractor that the sum of $ 190.40 is the correct
amount to be deducted from the above Contract.
