RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the installation of concrete
sidewalk, curb and sand box with sculputure for a Playground Area located at
Oxford Street and Rondo Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, to SCHLOEGL CONSTRUCTION CO.
in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and
the Formal Bid #6140 of said Schloegl Construction Co. for the contract price
of $4,500.00, such bid being the lowest and said Schloegl Construction Co. being
the lowest reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be, and
hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper
City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the
