consent of the Comptroller, to Rent, (on condition that one-half price will be
refunded on return of live specimens in September, 1957,) 20 Grivet Monkeys for
Como Park Zoo, at a rental of $890.00 f.o.b. New York, from MEEMS BROS & WARD,
without advertisement or competitive bids, as this is the only source of supply
per recommendation of the Superintendent of Parks and no advantage could be
gained thereby.
