OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK COUNCIL RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONER DATF be and the same hereby is accepted by and in behalf of said City and that the same shall henceforth be deemed a public easement owned, held and controlled by said City for the public utility uses and purposes therein defined; that the same shall be deemed hereby so dedicated and the City Clerk hereby is authorized and directed to cause said Perpetual Easement Grant, approved as to form and execution by the Corporation Counsel , to be filed and registered in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota , together with a plan thereof, to be prepared and certified by the Commissioner of Public Works.
