RESOLVED, that the tendered Perpetual Eastmeleicant
by Sun-Ray Terrace Corporation, Grantor, unto CitySaint Paul,
Grantee, dated the 7th day of March 1957, conveying and warrant-
ing by said Grantor unto said Grantee for a nominal consideration
a perpetual public easement in and to land situate in the City
of Saint Paul, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, described
as follows , to-wit :
A perpetual easement in, under, through, and
over all of that certain strip of land 30 feet in
width, the center line of which is described as
follows : Commencing at the point of the inter-
section of a line 1275.00 feet south of and
parallel to the north line of the Southeast Quarter
(SE%4) of Section 35, Township 29 North, Range 22
West, Ramsey County, Minnesota, in Tract B
Registered Land Survey No. 91, Files of the Registrar
of Titles, Ramsey County, Minnesota, and with a
line 33 feet west of and parallel to the east line
of said Southeast Quarter, thence west and parallel
to sod north line, a distance of 309.6 feet ; thence
deflecting to the right 14° 0' , a distance of 549.5
feet; thence deflecting to the left 12° 0' , a
distance of 300 feet ; thence deflecting to the right
90 0' , a distance of 773.5 feet to the point of
intersection with the east right-of-way line of
Pederson Street and there terminating ; said perpetual
public easement to be owned, held, and exercised by
said Grantee, as such municipal corporation, for the
construction, maintenance, operation, reconstruction,
and repair of public sewer, public water main, public
electrical and gas lines and other public utilities
in said strip of land,

be and the same hereby is accepted by and in behalf of
said City and that the same shall henceforth be deemed
a public easement owned, held and controlled by said
City for the public utility uses and purposes therein
defined; that the same shall be deemed hereby so dedicated
and the City Clerk hereby is authorized and directed to
cause said Perpetual Easement Grant, approved as to form
and execution by the Corporation Counsel , to be filed and
registered in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and
for the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota , together
with a plan thereof, to be prepared and certified by the
Commissioner of Public Works.
