The property under consideration is described as: lots 9, 10, 11 - block 1 - Kranz's Division of lots 8, 9, 10, 11 of Rice Street Garden Lots. The zoning is "commercial." Briefly, the applicants propose to tear down an existing garage which occupies a portion of this site and utilize the added space for filling station purposes. Field in- vestigation discloses no objection if plans approved January 24, 1957 are followed.
