An ordinance amending Ordinance No 8832, entitled:
An ordinance providing for the installation and regula-
tion of parking meters; establishing a metered area within
which parking meters may be installed; establishing zones within
which parking of motor vehicles shall be permitted for specified
periods of time; creating a Parking Meter Fund; repealing incon-
sistent ordinances; and providing a penalty for the violation
hereof. This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for
the preservation of the public peace, health and safety",

The Council of the City of Saint Paul Does Ordain:
Section 1.
That Ordinance No. 8832, approved October 29, 1946, as
amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
By adding to Section 2, Subsection (e) the following
listed. locations:

Seventh St. approx. 100' west of Exchange St. South
Seventh St. approx. 120' west of Exchange St. South
Exchange St. approx. 40' south of Seventh St. West
Exchange St. approx. 90' south of Seventh St. East

This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordi
rendered necessary for the preservation of the public
peace, health and safety. ,
