HOLLAND, Commissioner ARTHUR F. COLEMAN, Deputy Commissioner March 6, 1957 Comsr. Bernard Te Holland Dept. Parks, Playgrounds & Public Bldgs. Dear Sir: Contract Number G-329 was awarded to the Healy Plumbing and Heating Company for the Mechanical Construction of the Municipal Stadium. During the course of the work under this contract, it has been found necessary to have installed in the dugout two Air Cooled Drinking Fountains which were not included in the original specifications, and at the request of Comsr. Mortinson, negotiations have been conducted with the Contrac- tor who agrees to make this installation for the additional sum of $1,292.00 which is a reasonable amount for the labor and material involved. It is therefore requested that a Resolution be sub- mitted to the City Council authorizing an extra in the amount of $1,292.00 to contract number G-329 to cover the above described installation. Very truly yours, Alfred H. Schroeder City Architect AHS :al cct s Comsr. Mortinson Dick Schnarr Paul Blue Joe Derenthal Toltz,King,Duvall,Anderson, etc.
