RESOLVED, That Commissioner of Public Works be and he is herby author-
ized

at the locations listed below, by the Gilbert Construction Company, under its
annual sidewalk contract, known as Comptroller's Contract L-5407 at a cost not
to exceed $350.00 based on the unit prices bid for 4" monolithic concrete side-
walks, which cost is to be charged against the P.I.R. Fund - TAX EXEMPT PROPERTIES:
