In the matter of opening and extending the proposed De Courcy Drive by
condemning and taking an easement for highway purposes on and across the
following described tracts of land, all in the City of St. Paul, County
of Ramsey and State of Minnesota, to-wit: All those parts of the SE4
of the NE4 and of the SW-I of the NE* of Section 27, Township 29 North,
Range 23 West, Fourth Principal Meridian bounded by the following de-
scribed lines :
Commencing for the purpose of establishing the point of beginning at the
southeast corner of the said NE4 of Section 27, thence north on the east
section line of the aforesaid section, a distance of 42-.22 feet to a
point; thence at an angle to the left of 90°0' , a distance of 80 feet to
a point on the west line of Lexington Parkway North, which point is the
point of beginning; thence in a northwesterly direction at an angle to
the right of 7°30' , a distance of 511.11 feet to a point; thence in a
northwesterly direction at an angle to the right of 11°40907" , a distance
of 162,27 feet to a point; thence in a westerly direction at an angle to
the left of 19°10'07" , a distance of 340 feet to a point; thence in a west-
erly direction at an angle to the left of 0°409 , a distance of 984,2 feet
to a goint; thence in a southwesterly direction at an angle to the left
of 10 33' 14" , a distance of 305,73 feet to a point on the east line of the
Civic Athletic Stadium Site; thence in a northerly direction along the
said east line at an angle to the right of 101°07'44" , a distance of 136
feet to a point on the aforesaid east line; thence in an easterly direction
at an angle to the right of 89°25'30" , a distance of 1284.2 feet to a point
(which point is the northwesterly corner of the National Cylinder Gas Com-
pany property) ; thence in an easterly direction at an angle to the right
of 0°409 , a distance of 400.25 feet to a point; thence in a southeasterly
direction at an angle to the right of 7°30' , a distance of 604,92 feet to
a point on the west line of Lexington Parkway North; thence south along
the said west line of Lexington Parkway North to the point of beginning.
Said opening and condemnation to be subject to an easement for a spur
track crossing the property herein described, the center line of said
spur track to cross the center line of roadway easement at a point ap-
proximately 654 feet west of the west line of Lexington Parkway North,

condemning and taking an easement for highway purposes on and across the

Said opening and condemnation to be subject to an easement for a spur
track crossing the property herein described, the center line of said
spur track to cross the center line of roadway easement at a point ap-
proximately 654 feet west of the west line of Lexington Parkway North,
