In the Matter of improving the area referred to as the MAGNOLIA/EARI. (Residential Street
Vitality Project) Phase I, by constructing new bituminous surface streets with concrete curb and
gutter, concrete driveway aprons and outwalks, boulevards landscaped with sod and trees, and a
new lantern style lighting system and doing a11 other necessary work to complete said project
bounded by Maryland Avenue on the north, Duluth Street on the east, Wells Street on the south and
Mendota Street on the west. Also, lead water services in the right-of-way will be replaced.
Preliminary Order: 08-1256 approved 11/12/08
Final Order: 08-1334 approved 12/03/08
The assessments of benefits, wst and expenses far and in connection with the above improvement
having been submitted to the Council having considered same and found the said assessment satisfactory; now,
therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment onthe 21`dav of October,
2009 at the hour of Five-Thirt�.M., in the Council Chambers of the Court House and City Hall Building, in
the City of Saint Paul; that the Valuation and Assessment Engineer give notice of said meetings, as required by
the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of heazing, the nature ofthe improvement, and the amount
assessed against the lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
