INTERMEDIARY ORDER
In the Matter of
opening, widening and extending Wheelock Parkway for park and parkway pruposes the
land adjacent to the easterly side of Wheelock Parkway from Hoyt Ave. to Cohansey
St. by taking and condemning the following parcels of land:
Those parts of Lots 1 and 2, Block 5, lying west of the west line of the
north and south alley in said block extended north; all of Lots 1, 2, 3,
4, 5, 8, 9, 10 and 11, Block 6; all of Lot 1, Block 10; all of Lots 18 to
28 inclusive, Block 11 - all being in Edwin M. Ware's Cumberland Addition
Plat 2.
That part of Lot 4, Cottage Homes, lying southerly of Wheelock Parkway,
except the east 118 ft. thereof, and except that part lying between two
lines, one of which is distant 118 ft. west from and parallel with the
east line of said lot, and the other being distant 75 ft. east from and
parallel with the west line of said lot, and southerly of a line crossing
the lines described at the point on each which is 175 ft. south of the
southerly line of Wheelock Parkway.
That part of Lot 5, Cottage HGmes, lying southerly of Wheelock Parkway.
Those parts of Lots 17 and 18, Cottage H mes, lying southeasterly of Wheelock
Parkway, and lying northeasterly of a line which is hereinafter referred to
as Line "A" and which is parallel with and distant 100 ft. northeasterly from
a line drawn northwesterly from the southeast corner of said Lot 17 and at an
angle of 43°28' with the south line thereof and lying northwesterly of a line
described as follows: Beginning on the north line of said Lot 18 at a point
117.32 ft. from the northeast corner thereof; thence southwesterly at an angle
of 70°51' with the north line of said lot a distance of 65.18 ft.; thence
southwesterly to the point where Line "A" herein described intersects the
boundary line between said Lots 17 and 18,

point on each which is 175 ft. south of the
southerly line of Wheelock Parkway.
