In the Matter of improving the area referred to as the CRETINlGOODRICH (Residential Street
Vitality Project), by constructing a new bituminous surface streets with concrete curb and gutter, concrete
driveway aprons and outwalks, boulevards landscaped with sod and trees, and a new lantern style lighting
system and doing all other necessary work to complete said project bounded by Summit Avenue on the
north, Cleveland Avenue on the east, St. Clair Avenue on the south, and Mississippi River Blvd. on the
west. Also, lead water services in the right-of-way will be repiaced.
Preliminary Order: 08-1168 approved 10/22/08
Final Order: 08-1284 approved 11/26/08
The assessments of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with the above improvement
having been submitted to the Council having considered same and found the said assessment satisfactory; now,
therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RE50LVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 21 day of
October, 2009 at the hour of Five-Thirty P.M., in the Council Chambers of the Court House and City Hall
Bulldin�, in the City of Saint Paul; that the Valuation and Asessment Engineer give notice of said meetings,
as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement,
and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directe'�u8(�SH�
