RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves
the application of the City Comptroller of said City, as submitted
to the County Auditor, for the abatement of the general taxes for 1955
on the following described property, to wit:
Subj. to Kennard St. ; the N. 30 ft. of E. 329.04 ft.
more or less of E. 1/2 of SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of NE 1/4
of Sec. 27, T. 29, R. 22,
together with street oiling assessment, totaling $6.35, and recommends
that the Commissioner of Taxation of the State of Minnesota cancel said
taxes and assessment. Council File No. 181752 — By Milton
