5 WHEREAS, the properties on the attached list are for the collection of delinquent vacant building
6 monitoring fees in the amount of $1,070; and

8 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessments as they were made in
9 enor by deparhnent staff.

11 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,070.00, plus any accrued interests, be funded
12 by the Exempt Assessment Fund for the properties on the attached list. Council File #09-853 is hereby
13 amended to reflect this change.
