WHEREAS, in 1950, the City of Saint Paul condemned certain
properties in H.H. Miller' s Subdivision to Saint Paul, for the
purpose of widening Rice Street; and
WHEREAS, John Galuska was the record owner of all of
Lot 1 and the North one-half of Lot 2 of said H.H. Miller' s
Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the City, by condemnation, acquired title to the
East thirty (30) feet of the following:
Lot One (1) and the North one-half (N2) of Lot
Two (2), H. H. Miller' s Subdivision;
and
WHEREAS, because of an error in the drawing of the deed,
said John Galuska transferred not only the thirty feet which
was condemned, but also the residue of the north one-half of
Lot two, H.H. Miller' s Subdivision; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby
authorized and directed to convey to said John Galuska the
following-described property:
Except the East thirty (E. 30) feet, all of the
North one-half (N2) of Lot Two (2) , H.H. Miller' s
Subdivision, City of Saint Paul, County of Ramsey,
State of Minnesota, according to the plat thereof
on file and of record in the office of the R_ gister
of Deeds in and for said County and State.
