given permission to install one pole on
west side of hemline, south of University;

E. Belivdere and Levee; three oles on E. Belvidere and Levee; three poles
p on south side of Territorial Road, west
of Pillsbury; two poles on north side
of Charles, west of Pillsbury, with
south side of Territorial Road, west of necessary guys, anchors and wires.
Poles and wires to be removed when
requested to do so by the Common
Council and cost of said removal to
Pillsbury; two poles on north side of be borne by the Northern States Power
Company.
