Dear Sir:
Contract Number L-5738-B was awarded to the Peoples Electric
Company for Electrical Work in Connection with the Public Health
Center Building.
During the course of the work under this contract, it has been
found necessary to have installed 4 fixtures, 2 receptacles and 2
3-way switches with all required conduit, wire and fittings, which
work was not included in the specifications. At the request of
Commissioner Peterson, negotiations have been conducted with the
Contractor who agrees to do this additional work for the sum of
$141.00 which is a reasonable amount for the labor and material
involved.
It is therefore requested that a Resolution be submitted which
authorizes this extra in the amount of $141.00 to the Peoples Elec-
tric Company for the work above described.
