WHERtAS , the State of Minnesota, through its
Minnesota Highway Department , is in the process of
preparing for the construction of a portion of Trunk
Highway No. 10, commonly known as the Mississippi Street
Project ; and
WHEREAS , the City of Saint Paul is required
to do certain work in connection with said Project ; and
WHEREAS , the Highway Department has prepared
a cooperative agreement, C-1819, covering said items of
participation and maintenance of the frontage roads
for a portion of said Trunk Highway No. 10; therefore,
be it
ft RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are
i' hereby authorized and directed to execute with the
Highway Department of the State of Minnesota, Co-
operative Agreement C-1819.
