thereof in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey
County, Minnesota, also described as No. 854 Payne Avenue,
and wreck and remove the combination two apartment and store
building thereon, and to dony and all things therein

which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the
combination 2-apartment and store building on Lot 26,
Chas . Weide 's Subdivision of Block 37 of Arlington Hills
Addition to St. Paul, also known as 854 Payne Avenue , as
published in the official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing
of the condemnation proceedings and the building has not
been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation ac-
tion which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks , Play-
grounds And Public Buildings to enter upon the property
and wreck and remove the building thereon, and do any and
all things therein necessary for the protection of life ,
limb, and adjoining property.
