RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that
the resolution of the Board of Water Commissioners of the
City of Saint Paul, even date herewith, providing that the
contractor' s surety bond to be furnished to said Board by
Black and Veatch in relation to the 'Contract for Engineering
Services" authorized by the proper resolution of said Board,
confirmed and ratified by the prior resolution of this Council,
Council File 181200, between said Black and Veatch and said
Board, shall be in the amount of $5, 000.00, which amount is
deemed adequate in the premises , hereby is confirmed and ratified.
