• RESOLVED, That the Council her:.y :proves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contr-c for the Construction of a Sewer on Norton
Street from Maryland Avenue to 1 :' N. of Cook Street, to PETER LAMETTI CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached
and the Formal Bid #6395 of said Peter Lametti Construction Company for the contract
price of $8,267.58 (plus Engineering $661.00 and plus Inspection $165.00 by City
Forces) such bid being the lowest and said Peter Lametti Construction Company being
a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of
St. Paul.
