In the matter of constructing a sewer from the alley in
Dorn's Sub to the sewer in Galtier Street in an easement on
the northerly 4 ft. of the southerly 6 ft. of Lot 7, Dorn's
Subdivision, under Preliminary Order C. F. 180795 approved
December 18, 1956 and Final Order C. F. 181633 approved
February 26, 1957 and Final Order as amended C. F. 181633
reapproved March 27, 1957.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the
above named improvement as submitted by the Commissioner of
Public Works, be and the same are hereby approved, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he
is hereby directed to advertise for bids on this improvement.
