given permission to install one pole on
east side of Iroquois north of Manitou, one
pole on east side of Mechanic south of
Magnolia, one pole at southeast corner
Mechanic and Etna, one pole at southeast
corner Idaho and Duluth, with necessary
guys, anchors, and wires. Pole(s) and
wires to be removed when requested to do so by
the Common Council and cost of said removal to
be borne by the Northern States Power Company.
